The Idea
A personal study exploring how to make a tanning product feel sculptural and luxurious rather than purely functional. ELEFFECT's packaging, a white mousse bottle and a matte black body brush, offered a strong graphic contrast to build on.

The concept
The series is about balance. The brush and bottle are stacked and poised on smooth cream spheres under a single dramatic spotlight, falling off into black. Peaks of bronze mousse crown the brush, turning the formula itself into a sculptural form and showing its rich, whipped texture up close.

What I did
Concept, art direction, set design, prop styling, lighting, still life photography and retouching, all in-house at Sonique Studio in Sydney.
